Subject	electrical question

Message	turned on my 1991TT over the weekend and every and all dash lights came on. drove it around a bit (3 miles) and some lights went off, others stayed on. all came back on when i slowed or came to a stop. any ideas on what this could be? i replaced the battery 10 months ago, but now i'm clueless and trying to find some answers. thanks in advance.
